Can you extend dial tone from the buildings point of entry to our suite or server room?
Yes, all we need are the phone numbers and binding post information from your vendor.
If you haven’t ordered the new service, let us do this for you. We can get your service
ordered from AT&T. All we need is an LOA (Letter of Authorization) printed with company
Letterhead or attach a business card to proceed to order the service from AT&T.

We can also evaluate your bill to make sure you are not being overbilled. All we need is a
current copy of the bill and a signed LOA.

What geographic area do you serve and when can you visit our business?
We serve the greater S.F. Bay Area including San Francisco and south down the peninsula to San Jose.
In the North Bay, we serve Marin and Contra Costa counties. In the East bay we serve Alameda and
Contra Costa counties and south down the 880 and 680 to San Jose.
Depending on the situation, if your system is out of service and you need immediate attention, we
can be there within 4 hours or sooner. Otherwise, depending on our work load our normal response is
same day to 5 days to visit your facility.
What telephone systems do you service?
We perform services on Avaya, vintage Lucent and AT&T as well as Nortel MICS and CICS business
telephone and voicemail systems.
We also service overhead paging or PA systems and surveillance security systems.
